Payment and Delivery
 
We try to make shopping on our site as easy as possible. Just browse our site and search by brand name or item type. When you find an item you like simply add to the basket and when you have finished shopping go to checkout.
 
We use paypal as our primary payment mode as we feel that this offers a safe and reliable way to purchase online with minimal risk to you the buyer. However if you do not have a paypal account we are happy to take cheques, postal orders and bank transfers by prior arrangement – just send us an email (info@kitwizard.com) and we will provide further details.
 
Postage costs will be displayed on the final checkout page. We do keep postage charges to a minimum and to this end we use a number of couriers especially for our larger and international parcels. The vast majority of our uk packages are sent via royal mail however. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving your order (within the uk). Occasionally however we may experience unexpected problems with stock availability, in these circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery – if this situation does arrive we will contact you within 5 days to inform you of the possible delay.
 
If you are ordering from overseas then we will dispatch within the same time frame however we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please contact us to ask about delivery options – royal mail are commonly cheapest but can take considerably longer than other couriers. Overseas items sent by royal mail are not considered ‘lost’ until 25 days after the item has been dispatched (as per royal mail policy).

    Very good product

    They are slightly overpriced. But considering that they ship from the UK with tracking, the total cost was reasonable. The tips themselves are very good. They offer more bounce and no annoying clacking sound compared to cheap generic pole tips. Fit both pairs of different brand poles very well.

    Quality Item

    Leki are a quality item over the years I have experimented with other makes but in my experience nothing compare with the Leki brand. Very hard wearing. I have been using walking poles for in excess of 20 years.

    Great.

    They seem to be ok and have considerably quietened my poles down on hard surfaces. They give good grip too. I chose genuine Leki ones as they are made for their poles so are guaranteed to fit and also have the washer in the bottom to stop the spikes poking their way through which the cheapies don't. All round pleased.

    Pleased with Quiet Performance !

    I bought these as a replacement for the ones that were on my trekking poles originally. I used them so much, the rubber wore down and the ends 'clanked'. Now these new ones are in place, the poles are much quieter in operation !
