I thought I was getting a book that would be full of bread recipes and although there are recipes in it the only loaf of bread I was hoping to make in it was a bloomer. I thought there would be seeded loaves and tiger loaves GrAngry but there were none of them but it did have some nice recipes of meals to have with the breads it did have.if you want to make sour dough and flat breads it’s great. If you want to make the sort of loaves you buy at the super market or bares this month ebook for you.this the problem buying online.you can’t have a flick through to see if it’s what you are looking for. I hope I have helped.
