The fan speed controller works great and looks good too. Very happy with it especially since it's cheaper than others I could find. The only difficulty was that the minimum speed control potentiometer setting was difficult to adjust finely but got there in the end. I now have adjustable extraction in my workshop which is important because full power was too much for constant running.
