We aim to ship all items bought Monday to Friday before 3pm GMT the same working day. This excludes UK Holidays.

We must receive the original item back to us to confirm the fault before we can issue a refund or replacement.

'Free' numbers are not necessarily 'free' from mobiles
I wanted a sim card only for an old phone, to make infrequent, chargeable calls to 0800 ,0845 etc. numbers from a mobile. My normal provider charges high rates for these calls in my view, and can often lead to an unexpected extra bill at the end of the month. With my pay as you go sim from O2, I can limit the expenditure to the 0800 numbers I do call, and if I am accidentally transfered to a number charging very expensive premium rates the financial damage I am exposed to will be limited to the small value of credit I have placed on my sim. Great PAYG SIM card and low charges
I like O2 Classic SIM for my old PAYG phone as it provides low cost usage for calls and texts without any fixed charges or loss of credit every month with some other cards. They used to be provided free of charge but now only 99 pence for next day delivery is still a very good buy.
