Excellent. Better than the originals.
The original ones from Sennheiser HMEC250 fell apart after a few years. Not intensively used - just degraded foam. I should have replaced the originals from the very beginning. Had to figure out how to remove old ones and place new ones. Took me some time due to the bizar Sennheiser 'click' system. Amazing that these replacement earpads are thicker and better than the originals.

Very easy to replace the old earcups with these, they just click out and click in, pretty comfortable, probably better than the originals which had micro-thin leatherette finish that disintegrated, recommended
