DIRITTO DI RECESSO ENTRO 10 GIORNI

Ai sensi del D. Lgs. del 22 Maggio 1999 n. 185, il cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Per esercitare tale diritto e' obbligatorio inviare una mail attraverso ebay entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Il cliente verrá successivamente contattato al fine di chiarire le modalita' di restituzione della merce acquistata.

La merce dovra' essere restituita nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'acquirente l'ha ricevuta: . Confezione Originale . Protezioni su ogni oggetto contenute . Stesso numero di Pezzi . Pezzi non danneggiati o usati/montati. Le spese di spedizione ed i rischi di trasporto relativi alla restituzione della merce sono ad esclusivo carico del cliente. In caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, verrá data' tempestiva comunicazione al cliente dell'accaduto per consentirgli di sporgere denuncia presso il vettore scelto ed ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene, se assicurato; In questa eventualita' il prodotto sara' messo a disposizione del cliente per la sua restituzione, annullando contemporaneamente la richiesta di recesso. Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente nel caso in cui si accerti la mancanza delle condizioni di cui sopra, nel qual caso, il bene verra' restituito al mittente, addebitando allo stesso le ulteriori spese di spedizione.
