Appalling service from seller bought it as a gift box arrived in bad condition i i approached seller immediately with images only for them to reply back saying i should send over an image so I sent it again then seller took days to respond i complete waste of time, i believe this isn’t genuine product as parker does not have a bad reputation when it comes to product quality and presentation.
