Great Rod Rest
I bought this because I found that most of the fishing pegs in my area had either hard core or decking so my normal rod rests were no good as you couldn't push them in the ground. These tripods are great I can use them on the hard pegs or ground they also have adjustable legs so if the ground is uneven you can easily get the rest level. It is value for money and ok quality for the price but it sure isn’t perfect. Screws holding the legs on are all rusty when delivered, two of the extending aluminium legs are discoloured and lightly corroded, but it’s all functional and will support the rod well enough.

Easy to set up
Just what I wanted for use on hard ground. The tripod is fully adjustable, and can withstand windy conditions. The centre piece can be used as a normal rod rest. It also comes with it's own bag.
