Il vincitore dell'asta è tenuto a contattarci entro una settimana dalla scadenza della stessa, specificando quale modalità di pagamento e spedizione preferisce. Gli saranno quindi inviate le istruzioni per poter completare l'acquisto. Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato entro 3 giorni lavorativi successivi al ricevimento delle istruzioni. In caso contrario, trascorsi 10 giorni lavorativi dalla chiusura dell'asta, l'oggetto verrà rimesso in vendita e l'acquirente segnalato ad ebay come utente non pagante. La spedizione avviene dopo la ricezione per mail o fax della ricevuta di pagamento dell'oggetto con la specifica del numero dell'oggetto pagato e l'esatto indirizzo di spedizione, e dopo l'avvenuto accreditamento in banca o posta monitorato quotidianamente on-line
Non rispondiamo di eventuali danni o smarrimenti per spedizione in posta prioritaria, nè accettiamo feedbacks negativi per smarrimento con questo tipo di spedizione
Effettuiamo spedizioni multiple. Se si aggiudica più aste risparmia sul costo di spedizione qualora i prodotti si trovino nello stesso sito logistico

Der zur Rückgabe bestimmte Artikel muss sich im Originalzustand befinden, so wie er ausgeliefert wurde, und mit Originaletikett versehen sein.
Wir raten Ihnen, eine nachverfolgbare Art der Rücksendung zu wählen (per Einschreiben).
Wenn Sie die Kleidungsstücke anprobieren, benutzen Sie bitte keine Parfüms, Deos oder andere Produkte, die die Teile beflecken oder Gebrauchsspuren hinterlassen könnten.
In diesem Fall oder wenn die zurückgesandte Ware beschädigt ist, sehen wir uns gezwungen, einen Abzug vom Rückerstattungsbetrag vorzunehmen.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt umgehend nach Erhalt der Ware und in derselben Zahlungsform, in der die Zahlung vorgenommen wurde.
Der Käufer hat die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen.

La spedizione viene effettuata con corriere espresso (bartolini, sda, mtn, tnt o dhl) o con poste italiane, a seconda dell'articolo acquistato.
Solitamente viene effettuata la spedizione ENTRO TRE GIORNI DALL'AVVENUTO PAGAMENTO DELLA MERCE. Il corriere espresso impiega 24 ore dal momento della partenza dal nostro magazzino. Per sicilia, sardegna ed altri piccoli centri i tempi di consegna potrebbero prolungarsi fino a 72 ore.
E' possibile effettuare un unica spedizione per l'acquisto di più articoli.
Se il pacco presenta danni o manomissioni ricordatevi di firmare il documento accettandolo con riserva, sarà più facile avere il rimborso in caso che anche il bene sia danneggiato.
