Suits my decor..
I like this product, really helps with my weak ankles due to a few sprains in the past. Most of the ones for sale in my country NZ are plastic,really bright colours, yellow and blue. This one is better quality and I like that it is in a natural looking wood with charcoal coloured non slip panels, it doesn't look so out of place right in the middle of the lounge floor and therefore I use it daily because I can see it. Ugly bright coloured equipment ends up getting put away or in another room and then I forget about them. I like this product, really helps with my weak ankles due to a few sprains in the past. Simple, and Does the Job.
Initially, difficult to get started, but once you've found the way, it is an excellent piece of exercise equipment. It might help if some basic instructions were added, but it's easy to get the hang of it. A little help from a companion is probably best to start with.

Really useful and great value
For few bucks I got a nice exercise equipment, which actually works - after I sprained my ankle (trail running), I started to use the board in a week (5-10 minutes a day) , and after a month a can do a one leg squat _while standing on my toes_ And it really feels like my ankles are very strong and stable now.

Balance and live longer
This is a well designed wobble board the use of which will help build core strength. I am no longer young but work on my balance skills daily with the hope of preventing future falls. This wobble board is the next level after standing on one leg, eyes open and eyes closed whilst on the ground. I wouldn’t recommend using this wobble board with your eyes closed … live long and balance 😀
