Recipies are easy to understand and follow.
Tasty and interesting recipes, full of flavour, for low calorie food, they are delicious, some of the recipes do take a time to complete but are well worth the wait, there are also some quick dishes if you don't have a lot of time, there are clever swaps to use less calories. The portions are a good size and you don't feel you are on a diet.

If you can get remotely creative with a couple of ingredients, don’t bother. I need to lose weight and I know my way around a kitchen. The content was pretty lame on both fronts. Neither informative or creative enough. I gave it two stars because there were literally only 2 recipes there that weren’t bad. Nothing new otherwise. Wouldn’t have bought it and don’t recommend it.
