Keeps me healthy - highly recommend
To find good quality vitimins (saw this brand on sale in Lloyds Chemist) that do not cost an arm and a leg is great. Add that to the health benefits of my body now maintaining a good level of Vit D means that it is really helping to keep a MS relapse at bay. Would also like to add that my doctor told me 1000 IU vit d daily was ok too. .

After learning that I was low on vitamin 3 I was prescribed high dose softgel D3 capsules by my GP. Now that my vitamin 3 is within acceptable level I have been advised to top it up with low dose D3. I opted to take this low dose Nu U D3 1000iu as it is also softgel capsules.
