Take this product with care
This is the first time that my partner and I have used this high strength vitamin D3 and we both had side effects and stopped using it. My partner was sick dizzy and felt quite unwell I had stomach spasm and pains in my chest and legs. All symptoms stopped immediately when we stopped taking this product. It is a good company and the delivery was very swift but it's not for us so we have reverted to taking the low dose recommended by N.I.C.E.This is the first time that my partner and I have used this high strength vitamin D3 and we both had side effects and stopped using it.
