Sorry, your buyer ignored your messages..... My buyer left me a negative. I the seller did a refund for your lost mail, you opened the case & i refunded you for your lost mail that's communication and you were NOT ignored. When we can all agree lost mail sucks I did all I could in the situation which is provided a complete refund. If that's not good enough I don't know what would be.
