Purchase this product started to assemble it opened the box with the reflectors There was no bracket for my bike seat pole so the trailer fits together. messaged seller they told me there is no spare parts for this item and they asked me if I would keep it and they deduct 20% I found out from 3 different metal workers that they can do it but the cost is approximately half the price of the trailer.
Be warned no spare parts available

Early days but so far well pleased with this. Assembles easily. Gave it a test ride with a hand liftable but still fairly heavy storage cabinet which was in flatpack form and it performed brilliantly. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to attach the trailer to the bike with it having a backrack on it but it cleared it by about an an inch so no problem there. Although that may be a problem on uneven surfaces so just be aware of that. Overall very happy so far.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
