This item is real value for money I had a problem with the colour I ordered black but the item that came was grey I gave my comments on eBay and the sellers got in touch with me almost immediately they were brilliant they sent me a replacement immediately and I didn’t even have to send the original item back. Ordered £45.54 for teacups, milk jug, and sugar bowl. Unfortunately, part of the items arrived broken. Despite this, the Rinkit service proposed to reimburse me only £6.66 out of the additional £32.18 I will have to pay to replace the damaged goods.
I find it astonishing that they are unable to contact the transportation company to resend the broken items free of charge considering that I have already paid both the merchandise and the associated shipping costs.
