    Good for listening. Poor for phone conversations

    Audio quality is certainly good enough for earbuds that are used for activities such as cycling (not on public roads) and walking. When receiving phone calls via the earbuds the person on the other end cannot hear what I am saying. At the time they are using a 4 day old iPhone 7 plus which is faultless. I swithed to my wired apple earbuds during the same call and continued the conversation without issue. JLab has not responded to my email requesting assistance on this matter and nearly 20 days have passed. Poor support.

    Not worth the time and money, and it was cheap.

    The JLab Epic Bluetooth Earbuds wouldn't hold the charge. The package only came with the earbuds without the charging cable. When charged, after having it plugged in for over six hours, my Bluetooth devices couldn't find it. Total waste of money and time.

    Two week review

    I have used the JLAB Epic Earbuds several weeks for music & cell phone use. Sound and quality is very good. Cannot comment on battery life as I use mine several hours a day and recharge.
