Positive: the wig was well packaged, reasonably priced and arrived on time. I also like the color. Negative: The wig I received doesn't look like the photo that was on ebay or the one that came with the package. The wig depicted looks shorter, spikier and more layered. The wig I received has loose curls and is poofy like a hat. Not sure that I like this style on me, but I'm stuck with it. Seller: 5 stars; The wig: 3 stars
