Item received In broken condition, seller claims it was posted intact yet broken parts and back half of spool not within the packaging. Good contact with seller even prior to purchase so I feel this issue could have easily been mentioned rather than seller opting to deny any knowledge of this.

Item was intact when I sent it out buyer was offered to send it back fora full refund but said it wasn’t worth it for a tenner
