Good vent
Genuine GM part which appears to have been improved over the original part. The three vertical vents on mine had failed due to distortion in the interconnecting bar which had become disengaged. The vents can become a bit stiff due to dust build up over time. The interconnecting bar has been beefed up on the replacement unit, making it more rigid and resistant to twisting and less likely to disengage. It is also possible to swap over the bezel and horizontal vents….in my case to retain the silver bezel and chrome operating lever. Purchasing an all black version also saves a few pounds over the latter version. Removal of the complete air vent is quite tricky. It is held in place by four integral tabs with holes in, which are accessed through the horizontal vents. I used a couple of small ... Refitting is easy, align and push, and it snaps back into place.

Excellent air vent
I bought this to replace a vent in a Corsa D which had a damaged one due to someone putting an air freshener onto the fins. Whilst there are cheaper versions of this vent available, I noticed that the plastic on them looks inferior and a rePlacement vent would therefore stand out from the other three. So I bought this genuine Vauxhall one. I found it easier to get the old one out by pulling the fins off and basically destroying it in situ whilst making sure the fins didn’t drop down into the airway. Then the outer ring popped out of the dashboard easily enough. Looks really nice and sits flush
Replaced a broken vent in my corsa. The old one was easy to take out as I just broke it up! This one went in so easily. Just push it in gently but make sure you line it up. It’s quite glossy the outer trim of the vent so it may outshine the other vents!
