      To make music is a gateway to ones soul

      I gifted this lil beginners guitar to a 5 year old that is just starting lessons. I got a steel string version for him 7 year old petite sister who also just started lessons. The size fit is perfect for the first couple of years. I truely hope they pick up the fun and pleasure of making rea music. My sincere wish of good fortune for them. I also purchased a full size guitar for the parents to take lessons on with the children in hopes to enthuse the whole family.

      1/2 size Hohner kids acoustic guitar

      Grand-daughter just loves it. That alone makes it worth every cent. Won’t find one better, for young kids, for the price. Softer nylon strings. Just need to buy the strap (with strap end that slides through and under strings, along with strap locks). Would recommend.

      Excellent sound, quality materials, sturdy construction, beautiful finish! Probably best kid guitar out there!

      This is a great children guitar! I was searching through the many guitars for under $60, and many had bad reviews: people with bad experiences, either with quality of build, or poor sound & tunning. This guitar had great reviews, and I bought from Musician's Friend. It was a no-brainer! I bought it for one of my students. He loves it, and his money was well invested! All you need is to buy a new set of good strings (he bought Martin ball-end classical strings), and you are set! You probably will not regret buying this one. MF guarantees it also. Hope this helps.

      great little guitar

      perfect fpr the younger child starting to learn nylon strings easier to use and size just right only thing you need to do is but a new set of ball or other type upscale strings then it will stay in tune
