Great price, bit of confusion and back and forth regarding delivery dates but delivery itself was good and when stated. No plug included- and fitting charge very high- looks okay on ad but when you come to order £100 and £20 take away fee ( scrap man will collect for free as they make money on them) and electrician was £45. Oven itself awful- grill shelf fixed and non movable and too close- hotpoint design flaw apparently. However 30% £117 to return it- and hotpoint advise an AO issue.

Delivery times were pretty poor. Ordered showing a date of 2 days for delivery. Then the date was moved to 5days and then finally received a message stating it would be delivered on 7 days. So was left waiting without a cooker for a week. Price ok and cooker is nice white feet though which should really be black.
