    Power Yoga gives you the power.

    I am really excited about this book. Author, Beryl Bender Birch, is awesome in her presentation of power yoga from beginning to end. She even covers potential athletic injuries and their treatment. I am amazed that I did not purchase this when it first came out in 1995. I am now 77, a female, and lift weights regularly in the gym. Power Yoga I know will guide me to total strength and flexibility to my full capacity. Thank you!

    Power Yoga by Birch

    This book is cheap for the amount of great information in it! I am interested in becoming a yoga instructor in a few years and this book is an excellent introduction of the history and techniques of power yoga. I am learning a lot, love this book! It teaches the different series of poses in a way that is esay to learn with both pictures and words.
