I ordered a laundry room clock from this seller with a "white" frame. A clock with a "black " frame was sent by mistake. I contacted the seller, who apologized for the mistake and stated that I would be sent the correct clock. Seller also told me that they would include a "postage paid" label with the replacement clock so it would not cost me any extra to sent it back to them after I received the correct one.
