    Very slow with sudden breaks in between

    It is definitely for beginners who does not know how to do workout with DVDs. It is very very very slow, not really all Pilate moves. They take sudden breaks while exercise is still going on, so I had to make sure that the same exercise is done on both sides - left and right. The main negative point for me is that it is soooo slow that I fall a sleep during workout. I would not even recommend this DVD who at least works out twice a week. Not much calories burning either.
