    Thought I would try this product due to working long 13 hr shifts and was changing week around days nights .. feeling tired low energy needed a boost and these after the first two weeks of taking I did notice a small difference so I will keek taking them and see if the effects are long lasting or a flash in the pan effects

    I haven't noticed appreciable change after starting to take this product once a day for the past 2 weeks or so, but the composition of the tablets means that it should help replenish lost vitamins and minerals as intended.
