    "Was the item you received exactly as described?" Yes, it was described as used, it did have more damage than the pictures had shown. I was able to use it after straightening exit port out. Shipping cost, all I know is, I could ship the same package, same weight, back to Rock Valley for far less. Like 10+ dollars less. In all fairness, I knew the shipping cost prior to purchase. Nevertheless, it was still less than a new part would have cost. Overall, somewhat HAPPY
