I does help to maintain a deeper sleep and doze off more easily. It's not a sleep medicine but i find it helpful specially after late night rugby training when i find it hard to switch off. I take one or two pills a couple of hours before bed depending on how tired i am. I can be a little hard on your stomach the first couple of times so i would keep it at 1 pill until your body adapts to it. Definetily recommend

Good product but misleading description
There´s nothing wrong with the 5HTP in it self BUT, the description of it being 400mg is a bit deceiving. The 400mg refers to the dry plant equivalent of the Griffona Seed and the capsules themselves contain 50mg 5HTP a piece.
