I am rating this seller excellent as I believe they are honest. I have checked the overprint on the 3 stamps received and decided it would take a true authenticaterto determine if the overstamp is authentic. There are dozens of stamps on e-bay that are being sold as authentic that look no different. So the will go in my album with a question mark. This does not reflect on the seller as I believe they feel they are authentic. It does take about a month for delivery from Italy as expected.
