Still crazy after all these years.
Jerry Lee may have an overinflated sense of his own importance, but there's no denying the man's abilities. Although he shares this album with a miriad other big names his identity is stamped all over it. I didn't believe that the first time I read it in a review, but it's totally true. Listen to Jerry's version of 'Rock'n'roll' and you'll never want to listen to Led Zep's version again! He makes it it completely his own, and then goes on to do the same with everyone else that gets in his way. Pumping piano and OTT vocals, what's not to like? If you're a fan of the Ferriday fireball fear not, the kid's still got it.Jerry Lee may have an overinflated sense of his own importance, but there's no denying the man's abilities. what an excellent album from one of the greats of Rock and Roll!! There is just nobody that can play the piano like JLL! He makes all the songs on this album his own, even though he performes with different artists. this is absolutely worthwhile to buy!
