I’m a frequent buyer from this seller. Being an older insomniac who takes various pills at bed time including magnesium this is a fantastic combination. I don’t like herbal teas but the lemon balm in this is a well known sleep aid. Similarly 5 http is known to help. I now only take this and 2 skincare capsules at night so much easier bedtime regime and they work with an hr.

Do the job. Chill you out on a night, and help you sleep a little bit better. Definitely feel like you're in a more positive mood the next day. Do not take if you're already on antidepressants. Do not mix well. Great speedy service and price!

    Good value for money just give it a little time

    Thought it would not work to begin with but after a few days of taking one before bed it has definately had a relaxing effect

    Mood Enhance caps

    Due to me being a light sleeper I also have to take prescription medication but as its only 50mg its not strong enough to do any good so I take yours aswell. It says take one 30 minute before I go to bed but it takes longer than 30mins more like over an hour to work

    Best sleep around which is "herb" based.

    Definitely recommend!

    I am so impressed with this product. It's literally only the first morning followed to taking it before bed last night but I slept so much better + woke in generally a much nicer mood! It has a very calming effect which makes all the difference, especially as I recently came off antidepressants and was wanting to aid my anxiety with supplements instead. Great value too!
