the 4th BIBMC (Bandung International Biomolecular Medicine Conference) 2016 in conjunction with the 2nd ACMM (ASEAN Congress on Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Biosciences) was held on October 4-6, 2016 in West Java, Indonesia. It featured the theme 'Medical Innovation and Translational Research to Ensure Healthy Lives and Promote Well Being for All at All Ages'. These proceedings will be of interest to health and goverments officers, general practioners, lectures, undergraduates and postgraduate students and researchers., Advances in Biomolecular Medicine contains the selected papers presented at the 4th BIBMC (Bandung International Biomolecular Medicine Conference) and the 2nd ACMM (ASEAN Congress on Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Biosciences), hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, 4-6 October 2016.
