Having signed into my Norton account and gone to the appropriate entry screen, after entry, the system kept returning with 'Server Error - Try again later'. I had to uninstall the Norton software and reinstall everything. This worked, and the new Key works fine. I then had to do the same on the other two pc's. I believe this problem was more to do with Norton being difficult than Simply Antivirus !!
