    The item arrived on time and is as advertised. However the material is not as sturdy as it could be. When hot after cooking it is very bendy so you have to be careful getting it out of the microwave. Both tiers fitted in my microwave- the overall height (as this is missing from the description) is about 17cm and diameter 23cm.

    Lightweight

    Works well, does just what it says on the pack, you need to use it a few time to get the timing right for your own microwave Only negative is the base could be made a bit stronger when you put a full cup of water in it is a bit flimsy I have over come that by not putting quite so much water in, take care not to let it boil dry it could melt the steamer

    It’s ok

    It’s ok but not for rice. Had one before that was perfect for rice and made it spot on in 12 mins. The tray for water is far too small have already burnt myself with the water as tray too flimsy. Have managed to find the perfect replacement. Will only use this for veg.

    Does the job but could be better

    This does do what it says. You put water in the bottom, veggies on the two upper trays, stack up and pop in the microwave. Straightforward. There are three problems. 1. The layers do not lock well together and can wobble about which is dodgy when they're hot. 2. The handles are too small to hold so you burn your knuckles when removing from the microwave. 3. Once the top tray is in place, there is barely any room for veg on the middle tray. Despite these issues it has been useful, but it is annoying when it could be made into a really good product with just a few small changes..

    Glad I got one.

    Cheap and cheerful, but does the job really well. Till you get used to it the layer location rims are a bit of a faff (not deep enough) so be careful lifting it out of the oven. For the price it's ok.

    I just bought one of these microwave steamers. It fits well into the microwave and works as expected. Most of the vegetables get cooked fast and are tastier than if boiled deep in water. I'm happy with it and I'm buying another one for a gift.
