This box was missing a fixing, I emailed them and the next day they came back to me stating they’d posted out to me the missing part. No hassle, no quibble. Their furniture is of an excellent finish and reasonably easy to put together due to really good instructions. This company is a definite 10/10 ⭐️

Mercers were quick to apologise and answered my query within the day offering to replace the split part, which they did. Great customer service! On arrival I was able to fit the piece and complete the project on the day the replacement arrived. Overall the unit suits the price paid and is a nice quality.
