Advertised as 48hr delivery. Item never arrived, messaged seller to be told because of the price (less than £11) it was sent as a standard delivery. No message to advise and nothing on the sellers advert to advise of this. Got the kind of response that just sounded like "not our problem and we don't care what our adverts say, we ship how we want to" very poor service. Cheapest not always the best!

Harrogate water did not arrive - instead a much cheaper water box.
I contacted seller straight away. They said they would arrange a collection of the item and then would give me what I actually orderd. I agreed and waited for this to happen... it didn't.
After 5-6 days I messaged again to say nothing had arrived and asked for a refund. They said they would now need arrange for them to
collect. I had already agreed to them collecting it. I have received no refund, no swap 2 weeks later.
