I was really impressed with both the service from electricalshop15 and the product. My old hoover broke and being in a carpeted house with a dog, it gets heavy quick. I needed something budget with the capacity to get pet hair. No messing with electricalshop15, swift delivery and the product is bob on. The hoover is lightweight so easy to pull around, suction is very good and has hard floor and carpet setting. The turbo brush attachment for pet hair is great too.

a good hoover
It's a lot lighter and easier to use than our last hoover it also doesn't have a bag so we don't have to worry about going around finding the right fitting bags for it. my only concern is that I hope it lasts as long as our last hoover.
