I ordered this expecting 3x boxes of vanilla iced coffee sachets (3 boxes of 8 sachets so 24 in total). I instead ended up with 8 individual non-flavoured iced coffee sachets squished into an envelope that was ripped when it arrived. I could have bought the same thing for less than £2 at Tesco. Not the type of sachet I ordered or the correct amount. Absolutely ridiculous do not purchase from here it’s a scam.

Feedback is utter fiction - buyer is a teacher but can't read a straightforward listing - clearly states 8 sachets in the title (not 24). I sent her what she ordered, when asked to check the flavour she didn't reply - had no other flavour in stock at the time so didn't send the wrong one. Listing states items will be send flatpacked. Greedy and stupid buyer. How dare you say it's a scam - this is my livelihood - slander!

Ordered 3x800g tubs as 2.5kg needed, seller has an excuse for everything, decided to send me 2 tubs and refunded me £10 because they didn't have the 3 I ordered, could of ordered from elsewhere but seller didn't give me that option, she did what was best for her business, took what she could & came up with petty excuses, I did what was best,yeah for you, and £3.50 postage x2 for 1 package received £7.50 charged, you do the maths on that, as the seller couldn't. 2/5☆ WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!
