Return policy details

Conformément à l’article L121-20 du Code de la Consommation, l’acheteur dispose d’un délai de sept jours francs à compter de la date de réception, pour retourner à ses frais, les produits commandés, pour échange ou remboursement. Ce délai pourra être prolongé en cas de force majeur (maladie, retard etc…) et après accord. Les produits doivent impérativement être retournés dans un parfait état de revente, dans leur état d’origine (emballage, accessoires, notice…), dument scellés.

Tout produit incomplet, abimé, endommagé ou dont l’emballage d’origine aura été détérioré, ne sera ni remboursé ni échangé.

L’acheteur devra prévenir au préalable par mail, par écrit ou par fax avant de renvoyer la marchandise.

En cas de demande de remboursement par le client, celui-ci sera effectué sous 15 jours. Cependant, conformément aux articles L121-20-1 à L121-20-7 du Code de la Consommation, un délai maximum de 30 jours à compter de la date de retour des produits pour rembourser le client pourra être appliqué.

Les frais d’envoi et de retour restent à la charge de l’acheteur.
