I immediately messaged the seller, got no acknowledgement and emailed again a few days later. A week passed with no contact from the seller so I raised a dispute, noting that I'd would rather actually receive the missing plants, however I have been refunded. I'm glad it's been resolved but disappointed in the whole process.
