Excellent dvd
I really enjoyed watching this dvd I really like Dara O'Brian a very good comedian I have most off his Dvds now. I shall keep on dealing with ebay from now on.

I'm an admirer of intelligent comedy, and in particular have been very fond of Dara's work as presenter on Mock the Week (he used to do a intro monologue). The DVD is brilliant, even routines I've seen many times elsewhere has me laughing in spasms. The extra bits about the Milky Bar Kid, and especially "reviewing" the DVD with Ed Byrne are beyond superlatives. This is Dara's first live stand-up, and it's brilliant. If you've seen Mock The Week and watched Dara as the host with the witty comments and lol gags, this dvd is for you. It's rare to see a comedian of this standard in today's world,I rate Dara O'Briain alongside Lee Evans personally. Also, if you like this one, you'll love his second live performance. Also take a look at other Mock The Week members such as Frankie Boyle (the very straight talking Scottish bloke) and Russel Howard (the young lad with some bizzarre ideas).This is Dara's first live stand-up, and it's brilliant. If you've seen Mock The Week and watched Dara as the host with the witty comments and lol gags, this dvd is for you. Dara O'Briain (DVD) Comedy
I have been a fan of Dara's from watching Mock the Week and the Panel in Ireland on RTE 2 for years. This was real laugh-out-loud comedy. This was in a very universally comic style. You don't have to be from Ireland to understand the jokes. Unfortunately, I went to watch him live at Vicar Street in Dublin and wasn't as good in person. Never the less, if you are looking for a really nice cosy night, in front of the t.v, I would highly recommend this DVD. Did not disappoint
I was actually interested in getting Frankie Boyle's DVD but the reviews on it made me go with Dara instead. It was very funny. I think I've laughed at other stand ups a little more but his real forte is the way he can improv with the audience. It's not just a bunch of one-liner jokes.
