I ordered this drill to replace my old one, and it arrived quickly. when I turned it on there was a vibration. I phoned the helpline and explained the problem they were very apologetic and sent me a replacement part
that arrived in 2 days I fitted it and I now have a very good pillar drill.
I think the measure of a company is what they do when something goes wrong and Scheppach did everything right
