Stitching has come loose on sides of the matts and they have a really strong smell which isn’t pleasant. Ended up throwing them away and will look to purchase higher quality ones

Hi, sorry to hear this, you should have contacted us due to the stitching we could have sorted this easily, however you did not contact us, as for the smell, these are cut by us from new rolls of carpet and sent out, have you maybe spilled something on this to cause this smell?
