Sleeping so deeply!
I usually sleep well, as I do a lot of exercise and keep a strict bedtime routine. However, I've noticed since taking these, I've slept very deeply. Even if I have woken up in the night (highly unusual with these tablets, as I usually sleep right through now), I nod off again very quickly. I'm very impressed with these tablets and will keep buying. It's much better quality than previous magnesium. I usually sleep well, as I do a lot of exercise and keep a strict bedtime routine.
