    Portable and functional

    I was a bit skeptical, because of the small size and modest price, knowing that they can be very expensive. However, after several weeks of regular use, I'm convinced that it was $30 very well spent. After only a few days, I noticed a bit of an increase in my energy level, as well as a decrease in what I refer to as "the blues." I feel like my "summer self" has returned. And due the compact size, I can take it anywhere with me.

    Better than I expected

    The light really works and makes me feel a lot better. I put it near my face, and it feels like I'm outside on a bright day. It's a good quality light. It does get a bit warm, but no more than heating pad. I was very surprised at how effective it was.

    Seems to work

    I've been using this for about 3 weeks and it does seem to help with SAD. Not sure if it's a placebo effect or if it actually works, but I feel like I have more energy and it's not so difficult to get out of bed in the morning. I use it every morning for about 30 minutes
