Bought over the Xmas period adjustable downlighters in anticipation of a fix in January, electrician finished first fix and opened the box of adjustable to find considerably cheaper fixed not adjustable and the answer from the ebay seller was 30 days have expired which of course included Xmas and New Year. With such aftersales avoid at all costs.
