My 91 year old mother-in-law bought this mattress ;Very comfortable...So very please with the delivery man ?very helpful he even put it on her bed and took the old one off and put it outside ? Took the packageing off the new one took it away with him? and put the old mattress out side for her so she would not trip or let it fall over on it in her Home? OMG..ordered Friday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning by 11am…that’s 2 days earlier than the earliest estimated delivery .
Communication from company was excellent and delivery driver rang when he was 15 minutes away.

5* seller cannot fault them, they went above and beyond to deliver a mattress to me. I didn't read the description thoroughly enough and didn't realise they don't actually deliver to my area. But they contacted me and went out their way with one of their local couriers to deliver within 2days. The mattress looked/felt nice and firm, wrapped and came flat, hasn't been slept on yet but I'm sure my son will let me know how it feels.
