      Anti-reflux valve is shoddy

      The anti-reflux valve doesn't do its job. With the slightest amount of pressure on the bag, the valve malfunctions and allows for liquid to escape. Not great when used while sleeping since the patient might roll over onto the partially full bag causing some compression.

      Not very happy

      The drain valve is very hard to open and close and most of the time it will not open all the way and it takes forever to get the bag drained. Other than that it's okay. Fix the drain valves
