    Asked the authenticity (legitimacy) of product in DMs upon arrival as I had never seen plastic, saran-like wrap, around pokemon product. Seller immediately gets defensive. I did my own research and found that international versions of the product do in fact have plastic around them. Instead of reassuring or explaining that to me, I was told to never buy product from them again because I accused them of selling fakes. That is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a 900+ star seller
