The phone came in some heavy-duty looking bubble-wrap, the kind you see for hard-drives. The seller also provided an appropriate charger (seems Google-branded, by the looks of the text on it when compared to my own older charger), so thanks a lot for that.
The items arrived within 3 weeks. Long, but the estimated duration was 4 weeks, so I call that a win.
The phone itself looks and feels brand-new; no complaints about that.
